Pelabur tak beli kat tempat gitu, dan dijangka ambil masa yg lama untuk naik harga tanpa ada apa2 booster yg strong... tambah2 lagi puncak alam tengah over supply.. kecuali dapat harga yg super duper murah, pelabur takkan beli dan peram... rugi bayar interest bank je.. baik ambil kat tempat yg senang disewakan, dan ada booster yg boleh buat tempat tu bakal naik dengan cepat...

booster dash hiway dan hospital puncak alam, uitm tu tak strong

skang ni rumah2 subsidi pun banyak kerajaan janji nak buat... puncak alam tu banyak lagi tanah kosong... anytime rumah2 subsidi ni boleh naik kat sana, dia akan bagi efek kepada hartanah sekeliling...

aku ada 2 unit kat puncak alam... maybe akan lupuskan 1 dan pegang 1 je...

overall harga rumah akan naik long term... ada la special2 kes yg jatuh dan takkan naik.. tapi hampir semua akan naik, cuma cepat atau lambat je...

selain kawasan2 area coalfields, alam perdana dan puncak alam, takde yg consider area kg bukit kapar yg dekat meru?
Suasana kampung tapi ada perumahan2 kecik teres setingkat atau 2 tgkat..
apa pendapat korang tntang rumah2 taman kecik dalam area kampung ni?
Nak ke pekan Meru dekat...ke setia alam dekat..ke puncak alam...alam jaya..alam perdana..coalfields pun dekat...
harga rm320k ke rm380k landed, free hold..indv. geran...
