gaji bayar lasb...div lasb buat belanja...

mslhnya..skrg ni gaji bersih 1500 + 565 monthly lasb..

nak survey2 umah 2nd..tu yg saja tya ni...

Tnya bank officer hari tu.. Dr jumlah gaji, tolak smua loan yg ada, kemudian tolak rm1k utk kos sara diri, balance gaji kena ada 3x dr jumlah installment loan rmh tu bln2 br snang nk lulus. Sebab ni la yg last2 aku beli cash ja rmh. Huhu.

less than 65% confirm lepas..kalau lebih tu xsemestinya xlepas..ada kemungkinan bank luluskan rendah dari bro apply..contoh nak wat loan rumah 120k..bank luluskan 90k sahaja n balance kena cari duit sendiri ke..

macam kes bro..ada existing house loan..boleh consult dengan bank untuk laverage kan existing house loan tu..contoh kalau market value existing house loan dah lebih tinggi dari balance principle loan..boleh membantu gak tu..

memang la sesak
tapi semua kawan saya beli rumah buat pelaburan
terpaksa ikat perut
kemudian beli tanah jual tanah[beli dan pecah lot]
dah pencen dah
ada duit pencen dan ada duit hasil pelaburan rumah tadi
duit ganjaran pencen pun buat pusingan modal


anak bagi 1k sorang sebulan, ada 7 anak
mekah dah pergi....buat apa lagi duit????

Depend pd priority tuan jgk. Mcm aku, mmg dh target umo 40 nk pencen dok diam spend time dgn anak bini + gandakn ibadat. So aku clearkn smua hutang kad kredit & segala hutang yg ada. Stop buat hutang br & hidup dgn apa yg ada. Kawalan nafsu kena kuat, pakai je kete yg ada even kwn2 tukaq vellfire ke apa. Lgpn geran rmh tu ada dgn tuan, bebila bole refinance klau trdesak.

nak beli umh monthly rm 600

so..

gj bersih kena 2800 la yer

1000 = sara diri

600x 3 = 1800
