kalau dh pemaju yg lewat dia xde hak utk charge pd pembeli,
kalau bpp yg lewat biasanya xde mslh tuan bpp blh je mntk pengecualian dgn peguam..

ini masalah peguam yg lmbt hantar dokumen ke bpp..peguam yg kita lantik lak peguam pemaju..dah terkena baru tau mmg peguam ni bny kes kena tolak ke peguam lain

perkara paling penting, dlm snp, klausa setahan kunci, sila pastikan ada disebut tarikh lewat serah kunci ada dlm perjanjian.. bukan setalat ccc atau CF shj

Sya baru jer terkena..
Rumah lewat dpt ccc...

Kelewatan dalam 275 hari..
Tuntutan LAD dlm RM31K..

Pemaju nak selesai luar, dgn membuat offer pertama RM6K shj..
Offer ke2, dia nak bg RM8K..

Sya tak terima dan cakap akan fail ke tribunal.... Sebab, dah double check dgn pihak bank dan lawyer, sya takde apa2 masalah penalti, dan yakin akan menang kes...

Pada mulanya, developer masih nak berdalih. dok cerita masalah dia utk dptkan ccc tu....Tp, sya counter balik, yg itu bukan masalah sya..
Dan sya bg tahu, sya sendiri pun ada masalah sebab rumah tak boleh masuk dekat setahun... dan terpaksa byr 2 biji rumah ( rumah sewa skrg + rumah baru nie )..

Ding dong, ding dong, dekat 2 jam jugak.... Akhirnya developor agree dgn jumlah yg sya nak.....
Skrg tunggu duit masuk.. Duit tak masuk, sya akan bawa kes ke tribunal...
