TM ni biarkan service lain buli dorang. baik sgt tm pon…. Cuba berkeras sikit dlm hal sewaan infra, mungkin dapat lebih byran untuk naik taraf infra tempat lain.

aku harap org yg banyak tibai TM tu harap bersabar la ye. Kalau fikir logik.. kenapa call TM susah. Bg pendapat aku la, TM ni die cover semua nak2 hospital,sekolah pastu opis2 korang lagi. bukan sebijik dua.. banyak wooo.. semua tu kalau nk maintainance mau mkn tahun gak. Bab harga tu aku xleh komen sgt. skrg kan TM pun da bnyk cmpur tgn. Ko mesti paham la kalau da byk tgn.. ade nk kaut sana sini. tu aku rasa laaaa.

Aku syak TM pun xleh nk buat ape sb bnyk sgt cmpur tgan n pihak yg dia nk jga. mcm gobind tu mcm menyebelahi telco lain kan?

Ni mmg aku pasan lama da. TM la pacak itu ini repair sana sini. Bina hat tu hat ni.. last2 telco lain tumpang. Pastu bila line prob, ramai bising bukan tahu sb die pun. sembang lebih

Gangguan sistem TM punca sukar akses internet sejak sebulan lalu

KUALA LUMPUR – Seorang petugas Telekom Malaysia (TM) mengesahkan kesukaran seorang pelanggan yang sukar akses Internet sejak sebulan lalu berpunca daripada gangguan sistem syarikat tersebut.

Sumber teknikal TM itu memberitahu, siasatan pihaknya mendapati gangguan tersebut berpunca daripada sistem menyebabkan modem Streamyx pelanggan terputus secara tiba-tiba.

“Pada awalnya kami menyangka masalah itu berpunca daripada kabel Copper yang digunakan sudah agak lama, sebagai contoh kalau kabel copper pernah dimasuki air, mudah rosak dan servis akan alami gangguan.

“Bagaimanapun selepas siasatan dibuat didapati ia berpunca daripada masalah sistem kami.

“Pihak kami mencadangkan pelanggan untuk bertukar kepada Unifi agar masalah berkenaan boleh diatasi.

“Bagaimanapun proses migrasi itu mengambil masa beberapa hari untuk boleh digunakan kembali,” katanya.

Sabtu lalu, MalaysiaGazette melaporkan kekecewaan seorang pembangun sistem apabila domain Internet server milik TM (TM) tidak dapat diakses sejak sebulan lalu walaupun bil bulanan sebanyak RM500 perlu dibayar secara tetap setiap bulan.

Saidatul dari Taman Sri Pulai, Johor memberitahu, sekatan itu menyebabkan orang ramai pengguna gagal mengakses capaian sistem beliau.

Masalah itu telah menjejaskan perniagaan bengkel kenderaan berasaskan atas talian. – MalaysiaGazette
