ak br dpt ppa1m kat desa parkcity bndr manjalara..so far tgk project pemaju dlm tu mmg high class dan pemaju mention projek kediaman dia utk ppa1m ni kualiti akn sama dgn harga 500k-600k tp tgklah hasilnya cm mana..876sqft rm300k. harga mmg mahal x padan dgn keluasan banding dgn ppa1m yg berdekatan metro kepong tu..800sqft rm90k,1500sqft rm300k tp fikirkan very high value kwsn desa parkcity tu.

Aku ada apply PPA1M kat brickfield. Guna nama bini.. dekat KL sentral tu. Harga start RM90k je utk 850sqf. Pada aku lokasi terbaik dan murah.

pemaju yang ada tanah, propose pada kerajaan. kalau ok tempat tu mengikut kajian, diluluskan. pemaju kena keluar duit sendiri dan gomen subsidi sikit saja.

ada sesetengah tempat contoh di selangor, PKR tak bagi kebenaran untuk naikkan rumah ppa1m ni. sebab itu ada yang beli di selangor sangkut

betul..sebab tu juga ade perbezaan harga cthnye ppa1m di metro kepong tu murah sbb tanah kat situ milik pesuruhjaya tanah persekutuan. mcm kat desa parkcity tu tanah milik pemaju.majoriti yg apply n dpt tawaran ak tgk ramai bukan melayu,ak wujudkan group fb komuniti ppa1m ni dan yg ramai join adalah bangsa cina.

aku apply pagi ,,petang dapat kat bukit jalil...260k... siot je...dah la rumah nk siap...mana nk cekau duit bayar dp..haha

tulah 2% lagi nak kena byr..semua cantik dpt loan 100% leh cover balik 2% tu pemaju refund balik..klu xdpt full loan masak gak..kmdn MOT pun nak kena byr gak..settle semua belum kira cmpr maintanance fee plak tmbh 200-300 lagi tiap bln..
