terbaik TT. setuju dgn pandangan ni.

masuk lelong xde masalah.

kalau lelong betul, harga still xnaik mmg xleh salahkan sapa2 sbb kalau btl bayar loan mmg xkan masuk lelong.

yg jd masalah, patutnya harga lelongan ada potensi dpt tinggi, tapi sbb dah kawtim jd x naik tinggi.

pastu kdg2 ulat2 kawtim ni saja je nak push price bukan nak bid btl2 pon.
