FIRST STEP Kira Net Income
Gross pay - (KWSP/[email protected]+socso) = net income.

Untuk Net Income Hanya tolak KWSP/EPF + TAX/PCB + SOKSO sahaja. Jika tiada salah satu xperlu tolak. Contoh Goverment skim pencen xperlu tolak epf.

SECOND STEP kira DSR
Dsr: Monthly commitment/net income
dapatlah dsr

CONTOH:
