The only idenfication on the flaperon. It's Panel ID. 657BB (Right Wing) for a B777 in the subzone of 600.

Chinese MH370 families demand to go to Reunion.
Chinese relatives of passengers aboard missing flight MH370 on August 7 demanded to be taken to the Indian Ocean island of Reunion, where a wing part was found that the Malaysian government said was from the plane.
Most of those on board the aircraft were Chinese and about 30 family members gathered outside an office building near Beijing's main airport in hopes of meeting Malaysian officials, although none attended.
"Our demand is to go to Reunion island and look for ourselves," said Hu Xiufang, who had three relatives, including her son, on board the plane.
"All the relatives want to go there," she said. "Malaysia is the country responsible and they should obtain the relevant documents."

1.AUSTRALIA has already spent about $43 million on the search for the missing Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 say Kym Bergmann, editor of Asia-Pacific Defence Reporter and a former government defence adviser.
2.MH370 came down in our maritime zone of responsibility and it is our international obligation, and our responsibility certainly to pay down our own costs when this activity occurs.
3.About 334 flights have been conducted, for a total of up to 3137 hours in the air.
4.So far, each country involved has borne its own costs. But Deputy Prime Minister Warren Truss said Australia would be looking for increased involvement from companies such as Boeing – which made the 777 plane – and Rolls Royce – which built the engines – and their host countries.
5.Malaysian Transport Minister Hishamuddin Hussein added that none of the countries involved had so far raised the matter of costs with Malaysia, and added that there was now “a good platform for others to come forward and participate”.
6.Chinese Transport Minister Yang Chuantang vowed the search would not let up.
“We will continue to search in accordance with the consensus reached at this meeting and assure that the search will not be interrupted, not be suspended, not be given up and not be slacked,” he said.
7.Interestingly, the Chinese are refusing to wait for any private underwater contractor to be be hired, and are sending their own underwater search technology and ship to the search zone this coming Saturday, to continue to try and find the aircraft.
8.This rather secretive Chinese vessel is only defined as "Navy vessel 872, with strong underwater search capabilities".
9.There are apparently requests by some Chinese experts for the Navy to utilise the Chinese manned Jiaolong submersible, which has extreme depth capabilities - 7000M (22,965') - but there is no official indication at this point, that the Jiaolong will be used.
10.One would tend to define the Chinese efforts as "gung-ho", but that's the Chinese way.

China to go all out in underwater hunt for Flight MH370.
Navy vessel 872, which is well-equipped to carry out underwater searches, has left for the southern Indian Ocean and is expected to arrive there on May the 10th.
The center said the underwater search in the southern Indian Ocean is very challenging. The Chinese Foreign Ministry said China has so far sent a total of 18 naval vessels, 13 planes and used 21 satellites in the search operation.

Menurut media United Kingdom (UK) itu ,11 anggota militan yang ditahan mempunyai kaitan dengan Al Qaeda telah disoal siasat Jumaat lalu sama ada mereka pihak yang bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan MH370.

Ocean Shield will today return to Fleet Base West to replenish its supplies and conduct routine maintenance and software modifications to Phoenix Autonomous Underwater Vehicle ‘Artemis’ Bluefin-21.
On completion of the short port visit, Ocean Shield will return immediately to the search area where the underwater search for missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 will continue.
The just-completed deployment began on 31 March with 56 personnel and specialist search equipment including a Towed Pinger Locator and Phoenix Autonomous Underwater Vehicle ‘Artemis’ Bluefin-21.
Although the search to date has not uncovered any evidence of possible aircraft debris during operations, the data collected during the 35 days at sea will assist in narrowing the search area for the final resting place of MH370.
The Australian Government is proud of the combined efforts of the Royal Australian Navy, United States Navy, civilian contractors from Phoenix International, Australian Transport Safety Bureau and the ship's crew.
Also at the request of the Australian Government, the U.S. Navy will continue supporting the MH370 sub-surface search effort with the Bluefin-21 side scan sonar for approximately 4 more weeks.

A PILOT in New York claims he has found an image of the wreckage of MH370 online.
Michael Hoebel, 60, said he had found an image of what appeared to be the plane in one piece in the Gulf of Thailand — the exact place where the missing Malaysia Airlines plane made its last communication with air traffic control before falling silent in the early hours of March 8.
The Boeing 777 vanished from radar an hour into its flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. Why that happened is still a mystery.
Using the online satellite imagery website TomNod, Hoebel said he was shocked to find the plane resting in what appeared to be an unbroken state.
“I was taken aback because I couldn’t believe I would find this,” he told a local TV news channel.
Despite Mr Hoebel’s claims, the search for the missing plane will continue under the waters of the Indian Ocean.

This is the answer to the mystery of flight MH370 . Remember that you heard it from me first.
This is the STAR (STandard AppRoach for IFR), named IKUKO. These SIDs & STARS are programmed into the FMS for the 777s and comes up when you hit APP/DEP button (nav database). You select IKUKO & Runway 22. But you need to be consciousness to make the turn at VENEV, and you have to have selected the altitude for the autopilot no later than IKUKO to drop no lower than 6000 & 1500, according to the STAR. You can fly higher, but these are minimums for the approach.
You need to be familiar with the SID & STAR procedures for various airports. Look up the approach procedures for WMKN airport. These are programmed into the FMS when you click the APP/DEP button in the 700-200.*
To someone familiar with the nav data this is easily added as a string of waypoints to the FMS, it becomes obvious. But it's hard to explain to people that don't understand how to program the FMS. Basically, the flight computers adds a lot of waypoints that you don't have to manually enter.
It literally takes 5-6 seconds to click APP/DEP, and select the approach STAR for WMKN along with the desired (or assigned) runway, runway 22 was easiest from the sea for emergency, hit execute & make alt route as active. But there is typically a discontinuity for what is called VECTORS. This is where a local ATC gives you heading to capture a ILS localizer. It means that the plane will not land itself on ILS (because you also have to put it in ILS APP mode when near the localizer).
Any 777 pilot will know what I'm referring to. If you don't believe me, go ask one to test programing their FMS from IGARI to WMKN to runway 22. Fly that and see where it takes you if you don't make final turn to runway 22.

Pada majlis jamuan negara bagi meraikan Presiden Amerika Barack Obama malam ini, baginda bertitah kehilangan pesawat Malaysia Airlines MH370 itu melibatkan penumpang dari pelbagai negara, termasuk Malaysia dan Amerika.
Seri Paduka bertitah bantuan yang dihulurkan Amerika itu menjadi bukti wujudnya hubungan rapat antara kedua-dua negara.

ATSB kesal gagal kesan MH370
KUALA LUMPUR - Biro Keselamatan Pengangkutan Australia (ATSB) menyuarakan kekesalan yang amat mendalam kerana tidak dapat mengesan pesawat Malaysia Airlines penerbangan MH370 yang hilang bersama 239 penumpang dan kru.
"Kami berkongsi kesedihan anda yang mendalam dan berpanjangan, serta teramat kesal kerana kami tidak dapat mengesan pesawat itu, mahu pun 239 jiwa yang masih hilang," kata ATSB, yang mengetuai misi pencarian itu, dalam laporan akhir 440 halaman yang dikeluarkan hari ini.
Menurutnya sebab kehilangan pesawat komersial Malaysia itu tidak dapat ditentukan dengan pasti sehinggalah pesawat Boeing 777 itu dijumpai.
"Kehilangan ini hampir tidak dapat difahami dan semestinyalah tidak wajar dalam era penerbangan moden dengan 10 juta penumpang menaiki pesawat komersial setiap hari, bagi sebuah pesawat komersial yang begitu besar untuk hilang dan dunia pula tidak tahu secara pasti apa yang telah berlaku kepada pesawat itu dan mereka yang menaikinya," menurut laporan itu.
MH370 hilang pada 8 Mac 2014 semasa dalam penerbangan dari Kuala Lumpur ke Beijing, mencetuskan pada awalnya misi pencarian di kawasan permukaan yang luas dan kemudiannya diteruskan dengan pencarian di dasar lautan di kawasan terpencil selatan Lautan Hindi yang berakhir pada Januari tahun ini. - Bernama
