haah kalau rebus senang nak buang kuning, banding goreng or campur dalam masakan.

lepas tu senang nak habiskan. tujuan letak kicap dgn lada sulah sikit tu nak buang rasa hamis telor tu.

kalau larat telor separuh masak telan je mcm tu. sy tak larat nak telan mcm tu je sbb ada rasa and bau hamis telor. blh tahan gak rasanya blh ilang selera mkn.

Telur mentah memang tak lalu ek?

Best makan putih telur.

Tapi memang kenyang bape jam kalau makan tu jer?

Dah makan telur tu selalunya akan kenyang lebih lama berbanding makan nasik/karbo
lapar jugak walopun makan telor byk.

Cuma dari segi kos nak beli makanan tu jimat sikit. kandungan proetin telor pun ok gak.

sy sekali mkn pun 10 bijik telan 4-5 kali settle, lepas tu nak kene makanan pejal lagi. mcm susu, ayam daging sayuran dll.

banding mkn ayam dara sekor sehari. jenuh gak nak abiskan, lepas tu kos dia agak tinggi sikit.
