salam member2 cG sekalian,aku ni 1st time nak beli umah,pd ssape otai2 tlg bgi advice kat aku,aku mmg perlukn yng betul2 advice agar tidak ditipu...aku brcdng nak beli sbuah umah teres 2 tngkt,hrge blay laa than,aku pnjm duit bapak aku,kire nak byr cash la ni,mslahnye cm ne aku nak tau umah tu mmg owner tu punyer?tkut die main tnjuk je umah mane2 pastu ckp tu umah die,alik2 lesap cm tu je,bapak aku pnah kene 10 thun yg lepas tp time tu rugi 3K je deposit hangus..aku beli ni ngn orng je,aku rase die bukn owner pon,tlg2 jual,cm agen laa,agen tak berdftr...so arap member2 cG blay tlg,ptg ni dah aku nak pi,tkut gak die mntk deposit,tp itam putih tadak,tak byr kn melepas umah,byr kn tkut kene tipu,so ssape ade pngalamn blay tlg critekn...

lawyer biasa charge dlm 2% dari harga rumah tu... klu lebey tu kira mahal la.. Transaksi bayaran lagi selamat melalui lawyer..

kalu nk selamat bro beli jer rumah lelong...saya cadangkan g bank2 ..tak pon g MBSB(malaysia building society berhad) berbilion hartanah kat situ...bro nk wat biznez pon ok coz cash da ada...
ak pon nga kumpul cash tok maen biz hartanah nie..

btul2..ada duit cari je rumah lelong 2,3 biji beli..tu aset tu..beli sewa dulu.agak lama2 esok2 harga melambung baru jual..pastu beli lg dan seterusnya..insyallah xyah keje penat2 dok umah layan cg ngan forex je..:)paid:)paid

1) mintak card, call office die & tye rekod die cmne
2) sumer pembayaran melalui lawyer. jgn bg cash kt owner
3) depo dulu 2% @ 3% sebagai janji utk beli, then lepas sign Sale & Purchase Agreement, baru byr balance
4) mintak resit, mane2 ejen pon mesti ade resit. kalo xde cong la tu

nak beli rumah lelong boleh tapi pastikan berbaloi
sebab kawan geesya pernah kena..harga murah tapi
