ehh..ye ke? bkn diaorg dah beli siap2 ke? then jual blik? mcm konsep kedai Rm2
yang tu part hardware / alat tulis import siap2. tapi part makanan , minuman diorang pakai consigment.
lepas tu DIY letak kat depannnn sekali. Mr Diy ni harga jualan takde limit macma kedai RM 2.
tapi itu utk kategori hardware. kalau kategori makanan dan minuman ada harga pasaran perlu ikut.

Kenapa ada makanan dan minuman di Mr Diy ? bukan ke Mr Diy tu kedai hardware ?
Sebab tu cara Mr Diy nak bertahan melawan Ninso & Kedai Eco . Anggaran saya
untuk satu branch mr diy ini makanan & Minuman sahaja boleh beri 100k sebulan.

Nak Approach Mr Diy ni ada dua cara : by Wholesale . or By Brand.
By Wholesale :
a) Harga kena murah giler2.
b) Company lain akan tepek Brand kat produk tu.
c) Payment semua terms / consigment . by Cheque.
d) Income Unlimited. Pasaran pun Unlimited.

By Brand :
a) Harga boleh demand . tapi kos advertisement pun tinggi.
b) Company lain kalau nak jual kena bagi harga dealer / agent
c) Payment biasanya cash.
d) Income Limited / Pasaran Unlimited.

Kalau ada salah satu daripada 2 bende ni.
company2 besar tu sendiri akan call @ cari kita
bukan kita cari dia.
