Salam, sy farid dr RHB Bank bhgn housing loan, kat sini sy nk m'perkenalkn pakej2 housing loan dr RHB Bank utk sape2 yg nk tau, nk buat housing loan, refinance rumah etc. Info2 kat sini cume yg basic je, kalau nk tau dgn lbh lg blh call or pm/sms contact no kat sy (HP = xxx-xxxxxxx, Office = xx-xxxxxxx) nnt blh sy call blk, jgn risau, contact no anda sy xkn jual... :)

Kalau bawah 100K, BLR x smpi -1.
Loan blh buat sampai umur 65 tahun.

utk refinance, 1st kalau blh biarlh lps habis lock up period, kalau x nnt kene byr penalty. Utk rate lbh kurang mcm kat atas tu, kalau ambil yg FMC utk 100K ke atas blh dpt BLR -1.7 tu.

FMC tu "Free Moving Cost". Mksdnye segala kos2 yg b'kaitan seperti legal, stamp duty, lawyer, disbursement etc akan ditanggung oleh bank.
BLR tu "Based Lending Rate". Rate ni bank negara yg tentukan. BLR skrg = 6.75

Kalau existing customer, loan 250k camna?, June ini cukup 5 th, no more lock up period.
