Why the Bonus was cancelled?​

To change the type of account

You can switch the type of your account from Standard/Eurica to Standard/Eurica in the Client cabinet. To do this you need to log in the Client cabinet of InstaForex.

Then in the menu of the Cabinet choose section Personal information, and in the appeared menu click Change Account Type.

Note that you are able to change the type of your account only if you have no opened positions including pending orders. If all your actions have been in accord to the rules, but for some reason you still cannot switch the type of the account, turn to support service in order to get it done for you.
