Kaki yang kuat lah bagus
Sebahagian besar otot tubuh berada di kaki
Jika kaki kuat
Peredaran darah jadi lebih lancar
Jadi bantu kita angkat beban lebih berat

Power dah tu..mgkin dah bertahun mkn besi.. sbnrnya otot kaki ni senang nk bentuk..cume kena besarkn je.. jd kena main berat.. xmcm otot lain..janji tau setiap exercise tu utk bahagian mane..

Kwn perasan sbb kwn dulu kt gym buat kaki xde la fokus sgt..tp cepat naik berbanding otot lain.. dan btul..lutut dgn pinggang tu kena jaga.. sbb kwn dah kena pinggang skali.. 😅

Kwn perasan sbb kwn dulu kt gym buat kaki xde la fokus sgt..tp cepat naik berbanding otot lain.. dan btul..lutut dgn pinggang tu kena jaga.. sbb kwn dah kena pinggang skali.. 😅

Ha'a..kena time squat.. lpas tu paling xbest pinggang sakit..kena sciatica skali.. 2bln sakit.. pinggang dah ok pun sciatica ade lg.. try google sciatica pain from squat.. start dari tu nk squat pkai belt.. 😅
