alhamdulillah syukur masih diberikan kesihatan utk bersenam di usia 40an, walaupun ada sakit2 sendi bahu, tangan & kaki tapi senam tetap diteruskan dengan kadar sederhana, slow & steady utk elakkan injury.

Injuries in your 40s sucks big time coz it takes weeks or months of rehab or recovery...

4 sets of fullbody workout with dumbells done...sambil layan katun pada zaman dahulu.. anak aku tengok kt laptop jadi aku pun layan daaaa hahahaha

jadi makin tua makin kena jaga kesihatan, dan senamlah ikut kemampuan jgn main tibai mcm zaman muda2 sbb badan org 40an tak sama mcm 20an, 30an, selamat menjaga kesihatan amigosssssss!
