sdikit sbnyk ape yg aku faham MLTA ni lagi mahal dari MRTA, leh byr ikut bulanan, tahunan banding ngn MRTA ni lump sum, pastu MLTA ni slps habis tenure leh transfer ke property yg kedua dan leh claim duit, ade cash value, wheras MRTA ni duit x dpt balik, pastu x leh transfer ke property lain...betulkan kalo silap...mane sifu2 bahagian insurance ni? :-?

sape2 yg dah beli umah,korang gune insuran mane ek, ape pro dan kontra korang pilih pakej tersebut, plz share...:D

so nak mintak pendapat bro, kalo bro prefer yg mane wat home loan ni?
depends brapa coverage u untuk loan umah tu...kalau tinggi sum assured, premium nya pun tinggi la..kalau bro nk quotation, kawe leh bagi MAA takaful quote....

pada saya of coz MLTA bro sebab duit tu dapat balik...ada setengah org suka mrta bayar sekali je, tapi duit tu BURN...atleast MLTA dapat balik duit tu dgn return sekali and itulah yg dipanggil value for money :D

Saya ambil MLTA ... bayar bulan-bulan macam insurans biasa ... saya yakin faedahnya memihak kepada saya, bukannya macam MRTA yang hanya memihak kepada bank sahaja ... sekiranya umur saya tidak panjang, insya allah isteri dan anak-anak akan terjamin (tetiba jadi jutawan mereka nie ..)

Saya pun pilih MLTA utk coverage rumah,sebab dapat duit balik,dan berbaloi, premium MLTA leih mahal berbanding MRTA,tp MRTA kena bayar lum sum,dan di masukkan sekali dalam loan,dan dikena kan % dalam loan tersebut,kalau dikirakan balik,MRTA juga mahal,so better pilih MLTA utk jangka masa panjang.
