Salam,

Nak tumpang tanya otai kat sini..kalau harga rumah adalah 120k, manakala market value adalah 110k, jadinya maximum loan yang bank boleh bagi kira berdasarkan 90% nilai 120k ATAU 110k ATAU mana2 nilaia terendah/tertinggi berbanding market value?

90% dr 110k.

anyway, pesal nk beli umah yg mahal dr mv? da tak der 'calon' lain ker?

ekceli..ingat nak mark-up harga umah..tapi takut lak tak lepas valuation penilai bank..

bank hanya boleh bagi 90% from market value, kena mintak dgn pembeli tambah lagi 10K kalau dia betul2 berminat n agreed dgn your price....

Masalahnya saya ni pembeli bukan penjual huhuhu..
