arini pokdin ade nak mintak pertolongan drpd anda semua..

cerite bermula begini..

pd 2hb januari,pokdin ada membuat kiriman pos menggunakan nationwide ekpress.

tapi sampai ke hari ni,barangan tersebut x sampai lagi..

jd,pokdin pun telefon ke nationwide ..diorg kata barang da sampai ke kuching..padahal,sudah terang lagi bersuluh,pokdin anta ke alamt di jb..

produk yg pokdin anta adalah hp sony w910i...

jd,nak ,inta pendapat rakan2 semua,ape yg pokdin bole buat berkenaan kes ni>??

apepun,mmg pokdin x sangka nationwide bole ade masalah macam nie..

lor camne nationwide leh salah hantar plak. kene gi pejabat diorang lah. diorang leh trace bungkusan tu sampai pd siapa. pelik tul la alamat jb tp sampai kuching plak, siap ada org yg terima plak tu

kasi bambu dulu sepukul dua nationwide tuh...mintak gantirugi...agak2 tak jalan jugak...apa lagi gunakan hak anda... tribunal tuntutan pengguna heheh..tp pastikan pihak pokdin laa yg betul..semoga berjaya pokdin
