Principle of Current Improvement System

Principle of returning the heat energy lost by resistance to effective energy

1. Generation of far infrared ray (FIR)

The nano FIR energy saver is coated with far infrared ray radiating material. When the ambient temperature increases, the amount of far infrared ray radiating energy is also increase proportionally. It is preferred that the ambient temperature is within the range of not greater than 150C, else the wavelength of far infrared ray may not be in the desired range, i.e. 8~11 Micro meter.



2. Generation of rotating electromagnetic waves

When the current flow in the cable, it will generate an alternating magnetic field. The far infrared ray is changed into rotating electromagnetic waves due to the present of alternating magnetic field.



3. Absorption of rotating electromagnetic waves and electric energy saving principle.



The recent researches found that the electric energy is composed of flow of rotating electromagnetic waves and vibration of electron. Therefore, an electricity cable can absorb the rotating electromagnetic waves. When an energy passage line of a far infrared ray radiating body is brought into contact with the electricity line, due to the flow of the rotating electromagnetic wave inside the electricity line, absorption force is produced by a static pressure difference between the far infrared ray radiating body and the electricity line. Due to the absorption force, the rotating electromagnetic waves generated in the far infrared ray radiating body are moved into the electricity line.


The rotating electromagnetic waves absorbed into the electricity line create new crystal bonding of atoms in the electricity line, and accordingly, a new alternating magnetic field changes heat energy which is being lost due to the existing electric resistance in the electricity line, again into rotating electromagnetic waves in the form of effective energy. The rotating electromagnetic waves resulting play an important role of reducing a various types of resistances in the electricity line, thereby rendering electric energy saving effect about 5--15%.

Principle of Power Saving

Power usage can be calculated as follow:

P(Power usage) = V(Voltage) x l(Current) x CosO(Power Factor) {W]



There are three methods to save the electrical power:

1. Voltage drop

2. Phase modifying

3. Current improvement



Voltage Drop System

Lower the intensity of lighting

Reduce torque of the motor

Reduce the product life span of equipment



Phase Modifying System (condenser)

Compensation for reducing "reactive power'

Excessive installation will cause "leading phase", which increase the power

utilization and has danger of getting fire.



Current Improvement System

Uses a current improvement method improving current reception by minimizing the

load without any voltage adjustment.

Highly effective for industrial purposes as well as domestic use.

Nano FIR emitting device will emit the far infrared ray (FIR) (8~11 Micro meter, near

the maximum radiation energy).

FIR is converted to Rotating Electromagnetic Waves consecutively by

alternative magnetic field.

Rotating Electromagnetic Waves absorbed into wire and have influence on

imperfect crystal structure and make free electron flow better.


The system will convert the reactive power wasted by electrical resistance into

active power to improve current level and reduce the resistance inside the cable.
Finally it reduces resistance of wire and improves current value energy.
