Pace macam ni rileks je dia potong sambil
lari reverse ke belakang :ROFLMAO:
Pace bamwan buat tu dah cukup laju bg teman level nubis ni

Rehat dulu abam, comeback stronger.

Harini patutnya ada Cyberjaya Half Marathon, tapi cancel lak sebab jerebu makin teruk.
Baru nak join event HM 1st time, takdok rezeki nampaknya. Baru berangan nak buat
sub 2 hour.

Lari sendiri je pagi tadi, jap lagi g collect medal & finisher t.

alhamulillah ,45 hari battle dgn gout kaw2 punya kali ni.sebulan xmau ilang,ni ada sket sengal2 lg.ahad dgn smlm dapat buat balik 5-9 km pace 7-8.train balik nk capai 30km - 40km (LSD).

Musim jerebu ni korang lari jugak ke? Den dh takut nk outdoor lamo, dh dkt 2 minggu x poie tasik dgn anak2. Tringin nk masuk gim pakai treadmill tapi segan plak sbb tengok2 xdo org gemuk dlm tu😂 den sorang ajo gemuk malu lah

senaman body weight tak tinggal
menten yo buek
