Unfortunately... a scam

I paid fundexchange from AlertPay on Dec 12, 2008. It's now Dec 30, 2008 and I still have not received my money in Liberty Reserve.
I sent several emails, but... no response.
If he pays within the next 24 hours I will post this here, otherwise I suggest to NOT use this person because he will keep your money and not deliver as promised. To me that is stealing.
