salam cgrian,

saya baru beli bb bold 5 di pas - s alam
warranty dari brightstar

mula amik tak perasan, tapi bila dah balik baru perasan back cover die tak rapat and button sensor yang goyang dan berbunyi bila gerak.
tapi masa tu hari jumaat(2 hari sebelum raya)tak sempat la nak pegi balik.
ni email saya hantar pada brighstar;

Dear Mr Melvyn,

Pertaining to subject, i bought this faulty/rejected device this month.
Please refer below for this case summary;

1. bought on 17/8/12 from AMG World Enterprise (Plaza Alam Sentral)
2. once get back notice this problem, unable to go on the same day because of Raya
3. 22nd when back to the dealer and had been advice need to go directly to Brightstar and can change one to one
4. when on the same day, and case handle by Natalie Ng - advise Brightstar will not be able to change and need to send for a repair (14 working days as a TAT).
Natalie also spoke with the dealer and confirm.
5. I complaint to dealer and they said will get a new device for me (have to wait 3 days) but need to put AMG World in the collection order form.
6. today get a reply that they will not be able to collect (advice from Mr Melvyn/Mervyn). I need to collect personally - which means need to wait 14 working days.
7. called just now answered by Sara and has been advice I entitled to change one to one if it still within 7 days of purchase.
8. she asked to contact you thru email and provide the details of this case.

Kindly please assist with this issue, I am really frustrated since have been given so many answer, promises.
Have been push here and there, few times when to the dealer and not solve yet.
Believe this kind of issue need to be report to consumer associate.

Really appreciate if you can reply soonest and want this to be resolve by today.

dan selepas email ni, saya pergi ke brightstar balik dan die kate dealer akan cover. diorang kate dah kawtim dgn dealer.
die mintak kotak, katenye delare akan bagi full set baru.

malam tu saya datang la kat dealer.
dah check semue ok, tapi dealer tu mintak kotak. katenye brighstar bagitau die suruh bagi phone sahaja. dan back cover tu saya kene bayar.

jadi saya kata takpe simpan dulu, saya akan pergi brightstar balik.
esk saya pegi lagi brightstar dan cerita.
amoi tu kate diorang patutnye bagi, so die masuk dalam office die lepas 10min die keluar kate bos die dah call and marah dealer tu.

then die bagi kotak suruh saya amik kat dealer.
esk nye saya pegi baru dapat.

mengikut kate dealer tu brightstar mintak tolong die tukar. sehari seblum tu mmg brightstar ade call die bagitau suruh bagi phone sahaja.

lebih baik wat aduan terus ke pejabat pengguna utk tindakan selanjutnya. minta nasihat pegawai berkenaan cara terbaik utk selesai masalah dan jgn lupa bawa resit pembelian dan dokumen² yg berkaitan.

pernah terkena juga. plg mudah beli dgn established agen contoh maxis. komplen je dapat set baru tanpa banyak bunyi. kalau agen yg biasa2 ni mmg dia suh kita pin sendiri, mmg leceh la

Brightstar kt sunway tu ke? Kalau ye memang servis yang paling hampeh.rasa cam menyesal amik warranty brightstar ni.harap pada nama je.
