oh ye ke....kalo aku bersenam ni...aku rasa lagi cergas.
dan aku anggap sbg riadah maka tkde la aku tensen...
sbrnye tk perlu lama pun bersenam ni. 1 jam dh ckup.

kalo boleh, mulakan dgn 3x seminggu.
pastu, diet plak kene pastikan betul.
kurangkan la benda2 karbohidrat contohnye nasi, mee, meehun tu semua.
tu nafsu semua tu...hehe

bro kene separate meal, 5-6 kali sehari.
setiap meal kene ada protein.
kenapa? protein ialah macronutrein yg plg penting sekali. utk repair cell badan, hormone, rmbut dll.
dan protein susah dicerna, maka proses pencernaan lebih lama dan memakan lebih kalori.
kita panggil ni TEF = thermic effect of feeding.

cth meal yg aku rs senang nk prepare :

bfast : Oatmeal + 2 biji telur + susu/kopi @ omelet
10 AM : tuna sandwich/peanut butter sandwich
lunch : nasi campur + dada ayam + telur + sayur
post-wo : protein shake
dinner : chicken grilled
supper : susu

takde la susah sgt kan?

tidak semstinya, ada natural source mcm telur, ayam, ikan. wpun kadar penyerapan tk sama dgn whey protein.
