diet breakfast mkn oti ngan biskut hi fibre...aku makan roti gardenia ijau + peanut butter jer lunch...n biler lapar mkn biskut hi fibre low salt tue...tp portion kecik la...aku wat 6 kali mkn tp portion kecik2.....ok x..smnggu sekali time rest mkn nasi nisbah sayur 1:3 n ikan.....ari2 x rest wat weight training n skipping....tp rasa kurang energy la plak n muscle skit..tue yg rasa nk mkn whey....tp ada mamat nie ckp suh aku trnkan berat badan dulu br amek whey... entah la
