Default pengalaman kecederaan acl
saya pernah mengalami kecederaan ACL (Anterior cruciate ligament). kecederaan berlaku pada jun tahun lepas semasa bermain bola utk pasukan company. telah menjalani pembedahan ACL construction pd Disember lalu. anda boleh lah berkongsi pengalaman tentang kecdederaan ini dan cara utk merawat, rehab dan mengelakkan dari terkena kecederaan ini...tq

Alamak...cmne leh kene ek bro...acl ngan pcl sekali koyak ke...best of luck bro...saya aritu pas operate ade gak p fisio lbh kurg dlm 8 sesi...alhamdulillah dh makin sihat cuma doktor pesan kena rest dr aktiviti high impact sekurang2nya setahun
