gud info, ni pengalaman sy, blh gak kalo nk ikut sbb terbukti, awal bulan 2 berat sy 117kg, sebulan sy benti amek karbohidrat (nasi, roti, mi, gula...) minum air suam, pagi2 makan telur separuh masak, t.hari makan ayam goreng@ikan ngan 2 jenis sayur je, ptg mkn pisang@buah2, n mlm sy minum susu anlene panas...awal bulan 3 timbang, berat sy 97kg... tp jgn tinggal karbo terus, bulan ni start amek nasi, tp sikit je, perut dh biase sempit, mkn sikit dh kenyang....tp mlm jgn makan nasi oooo... just sharing....
