Hwang DBS Global Infrastructure Fund

Dear all,

Anyone heard of Hwang DBS Global Infrastructure Funds? You can make a visit here. The funds launched at 25 April 2007 but until now I still in the lost stage after I sell all my unit. My agent guaranted that investor to this funds will have 9% perannum. What is means by that? Is it the 9% are from the dividend payout? or from the movement of the selling price? I asked this because my agent elekporchi. Haii..

Is ok since my question is hard to understand because I also dunno how to explain. anyway,
Anyone invested here before?
This funds has been around since May 07. The fund is invested in Global Infrastructure like airport, water, electricity and etc etc... So far, I din't see any progress on this funds yet after more than 3 months I parked my money there.. Unlike public mutual, all 4-5 funds in my portfolio has shown positive result before 3 months.
But in Global Infrastructure fund, the agent said all FD investor are incourage to invest in this funds because it promise to return 9% p.a.
What do you think of this? Thanks.
