.....tapi tak dinafikan AHB ni kalau dah perform dan bagi return lebih 10% setahun, mereka yg dok menunggu tuh, berputih mata lar macam saham Bank Rakyat pasal fund dah penuh (1billion ++ jer), dan mereka yg berani ambik risiko buat loan, sure puas ati giler. den punya rumah ahb dah siap, ingat nak tambah bilik lagi

Aku dah pasang tapak. Cuma perlu tengok prestasi/potensi dan proses byrn div utk setahun. Kalu dah jelas benda ni, barulah aku plan buat loan. Ini penting utk cashflow dan komitmen jangka panjang.

Jgnlah nak dibandingkan dgn prestasi BR kerna modus operandi berbeza. Eloklah korang tengok prestasi REITs yg ada skrg..
