Kalau loan max 200K, bulan2 bayar dalam RM1153.00

1153 x 12 = 13836

Setahun interest = 6.5% x 200,000 = 13000.00 sahaja

wei macam rugi je ni....

Bro, macam mana pula kalau kita allocate RM 15,000 daripada duit kita untuk bayar loan di atas setiap tahun dgn duit tersebut di park sementara di Tahung Haji (both AHB dan TH comply shariah), dan apabila dapat dividen AHB setiap 6 bulan, akan di masukkan kembali ke TH, dan duit tersebut digunakan kembali juga untuk bayar semula loan AHB pada bulan yang seterusnya?

Dengan ambil kira pelaburan selama 25 tahun dengan mengulangi proses di atas, berapakah keuntungan yang diperolehi dengan hanya RM 15,000 sebagai modal asas?

sebenarnya xrugi kalau boleh bertahan selama 5 tahun ke atas walaupun div 6.5% sahaja coz kalau kita cancel tahun ke-5 kita akan dapat principal balik yg kita bayar tiap2 bulan. minta pencerahan
