We have made a decision to remit the missing withdrawals to your clients via Bank Wire from our Barclays accounts. This will most assuredly reach your clients and put this lingering issue to bed once and for all. Our bank wires are averaging about 2 to 3 business days to reach our clients, so they should be receiving by Thursday at the latest (provided all banking information is correct.)
What is needed for us to process this asap, is for you to provide us the total amount still not received for each client still awaiting their funds. Provided that both the bank wire and local transfers are received we will simply deduct from their MT4 accounts at that time.
