Yuppp..kaedah nih mmg cun..aku dah 5 taun dah..Yg paling ok siapkan dulu total pymt utk tahun pertama tu..Cuma yg jadi masalah limit 200K bagi ASB nih..Klu la bole lebih aku dah buat byk kali loan dah..

Tuan2 & Puan2,

1) Untuk Jangka masa panjang, elok buat ngan maybank, sebab so far rate mereka yang paling rendah.
2) Kalo sesapa nak cash in hand within 1st year buat kat easy RHB, leh dapat cash cepat bagi 5 tahun pertama. info lanjut? clik sini
3) Sape asb dah penoh 200K, kasi kluar wat la business, or bubuh kat unit trust, pastu hambik loan balik, maxkan 200k , tapi kalo kes 200k tu masih under loan, kena la tunggu sampai matang, 10-20 tahun lagi boleh la menuai
4) Sesapa yang x buat lagi, hmmm memang rugi.. nih dah masuk bulan 2, 2 bulan dividen dah terbang, lagi sploh hari, dividen bulan 3 pulak terbang...
