Ramai org kata jogging x turun berat,sebenarnya salah kita,utk bakar kalori apa jenis senaman pun kena kira kadar nadi,kalori terbakar bila kadar nadi hit 60% dari maximum heart rate,cara kiracth umur 40, 220 - 40 x 60% jwpn = 108,so bila bersenam pastikn kadar nadi lebih 108 perminit ,buat 20 minit dah ckup dah

jogging dah x beri kesan sgt... sbb dah lame berlari.. lately agak slow skit... seminggu 3 kali jerk... sbb men badminton lg... tp kalo fast walk mmg beri kesan kt sy... cepat turun n susut.. tp x puas.. bosan...

boleh try diet atkins. ada satu member sebelum ni gemuk, berat 100 ++. lepas amal atkins, berat jadi 60 ++.

kolesterol turun, mengeruh malam2 pun dah takde.
