Dulu saya Diabetes TYPE 2

Gula dalam darah 12 mmol/L semasa berpuasa

Alhamdulillah sekarang dah maintain

4.7 - 5.4 mmol/L berpuasa

1. Supplement (skarang dah kurang makan)
2. Senaman 30 minit sehari x5 days/week
3. Diet seimbang (masa mula2 tukar beras putih ke beras perang, sekarang pakai beras putih balik, tp still maintain)
4. Tidur yang mencukupi
5. Doa dan tawakal kepada Allah

Tempoh masa kembali normal 3 bulan.

Lg satu nasihat utk diabetes pt, pg2 tu kalu bole jgn breakfast hi carb & manisan, but go for hi fat eg telur / almond nuts...

sama laa... kna jaga pemakanan n exersice.. gula pun dh smkn menurun...

la dah tau ttg kalori, bmr, dcr, kolestrol, lemak...

kalau x dulu pakai blasah mkn ja semua..
