Lepas 7 malam, JANGAN makan apa˛ dah.

Bangun pagi kul 5 esoknya baru sarapan.

10 jam puasa malam hingga pagi

Secara tak langsung intermitten fasting.

Cuba buat seminggu.

Tengok berapa berat turun.


Dengan syarat waktu siang jangan lah melantak

Lepas jogging,cycling,main badminton sekali, pagi tadi makan roti canai satu keping,tengahari,pizza satu potong kecil...

Pergi Genting Premium Outlet...

Petang makan nasi dgn 2 potong ikan,dekat Restoran Isfan,Gohtong Jaya...

malam ni tak pasti,keluar kot nanti tengok dulu...mungkin makan tak heavy...

Selamat tahun baru hubaya2 sekalian!

Dah lama aku tak jenguk CG, sibuk ngan kerja & urusan anak2 skolah.
Lps subuh tadi dlm 645am aku dah kayuh pusing shah alam & stop dlm 830am.
mandi2 & sarapan paihtu masuk kerja (ya aku kerja sendiri kenalah kerja sabtu klu ada yg x setel)

jadual workout harian pun aku dh ubah sbb terganggu dgn urusan skolah anak2 pagi/tghari/ptg. Pagi 7am hantar anak2 pi skolah rendah/menengah/agama, balik rumah dkt 8am. Tengahari 1pm-2pm hantar yg sklh ptg & ambik anak hat sklh pagi. Ptg 630pm jemput anak sklh ptg balik plak

ditambah pulak dgn sakit bahu yg lama2 mai balik bila buat shoulder workout, jadi aku stop sat isolation exercise utk shoulder & buat full bodi workout aja dgn low intensity sbb bahu akan sakit jugak bila buat pushup.

utk awal tahun ni, dibawah adalah jadual workout aku yg baru

ISNIN
pagi; 8am-9am cardio workout kayuh basikal 1jam atau buat hiit workout 30min shj di rumah
ptg; 530pm-630pm - weight training low intensity/low reps full body workout

SELASA
pagi; 8am-9am cardio workout sama kayuh basikal @ hiit 30min
ptg; 530pm-630pm - cardio workout kayuh basikal

RABU
pagi; 8am-9am cardio workout sama kayuh basikal @ hiit 30min
ptg; 530pm-630pm - weight training low intensity/low reps full body workout

KHAMIS
pagi; 8am-9am cardio workout kayuh basikal 1jam atau buat hiit workout 30min shj di rumah
ptg; 530pm-630pm - cardio workout kayuh basikal @ 30 hiit di rumah

JUMAAT
pagi; 8am-9am cardio workout sama kayuh basikal @ hiit 30min
ptg; 530pm-630pm - weight training low intensity/low reps full body workout

SABTU
pagi; lps subuh [email protected] kayuh basikal
ptg; 530pm-630pm - bwk anak main2 di tasik & buat low intensity hiit cardio

AHAD
pagi; lps subuh [email protected] kayuh basikal
ptg; 530pm-630pm - bwk anak main2 di tasik & buat low intensity hiit cardio

aku harap dpt istiqamah dgn jadual baru ni & aku doakan hampa semua sahabat2 CG sihat2 blaka & dimurahkan rezki dari Allah SWT...amin!

Update! sebagai persediaan aku pi umrah dlm thred ni

aku dh slow down weight training utk kurangkan 'ketoi2' otot hahaha sbb takut satni pi umrah pakai ihram time tawaf bukak bahu susah nk jaga hati dpd riak nk tunjuk ketoi2 muscle....

jadi aku la ni bnyk buat kardio aja spt hiit workout di rumah/tasik & kayuh bskl 1-2jam utk bina endurance

bini pun dh komplen abang jgn dok tayang2 muscle tu kat mekah....

banyak kardio workout mungkin akan hilang banyak muscle mass tapi takpa lah, balik umrah bleh kampoi balik weight training hehehehe

apa2pun aku doakan hampa smua warga CG dlm sihat selalu, aminnn

berat dpd 75kg dh turun 70kg

pagi ni nk buat 5 set full bodyworkout dgn dumbell 5kg aja dgn 1 minit @ 30 saat rest in between, jadual spt dibawah...
