insuran pon main taram je x ajar agent secara pro... mcm reseller telco/ internet kt tepi jalan/mall tu.. bile offer tinggi melanggit padahal kejar komision janji masyuk

Kes saya dan insurance company...
- auto debit hampir 10 tahun. Sikit lagi utk tempoh matang.
- tiba2, policy dimatikan tanpa notis.
- reprt kat BNM.....hampeh.
- Insurance lagi power dari BNM.

Kalau betul syarikat insuran ini amanah dan bertanggungjawab, dia akan benarkan kita tukar ejen insuran.

Kenapa takleh tukar? Walaupun sudah kena tipu?

Semua lepas tangan.

Macam kes saya, sekarang apa2 kena berurusan terus dengan HQ di kaunter.

Customer service AIA bengap.

Dah berikan borang auto debit baru pun dan kata dah proses tetapi masih tak proses.

Sebulan lepas tu sampai surat kata tak buat bayaran. Keluar surat tu mungkin bahagian lain kot. Internal department macam tiada komunikasi.

Sabar sahajalah.

Ambo tertanya tanya, power betul mulut ejen insurans @ geng sales ni, resepi apa diorang pakai sampai boleh dapat ramai customer dalam sebulan.

Boleh tukar agen cuma pemegang polisi kena buat surat kenapa nak tukar agen. Kalau dah ada agen yang baru.. boleh bagi detail agen.

Kenapa takleh senang2 switch agen. Sebab pihak syarikat nak elak dari isu sailang customer dari sesama agen.
