Rasanya air dan tepung kena ada sukatan tertentu.

Terlebih tepung, keras/liat.

Terlebih air, melekit lah pulak.


Aku biasa buat roti sendiri.

Air suam ½ cawan.
Yis 1 sudu teh
Tepung 1 cawan.

Lepas uli 5 minit...leh nampak cantik jer adunan tu.

Melekat pada bowl kan?

Nak jadikan tak melekat, guna tepung.

Tabur kat sekeliling dan jadikan adunan tu cam bola.

Tutup dengan tuala dan biarkan 1 jam.

Kalau adunan tu mengembang...maknanya yis tadi berkesan.

Dan sukatan kita betul.



Kalau kes roti canai...minyak kena banyak.

Biasa tengok kan brader roti canai tu.

Berminyak jer meja dia

Minyak sesaaja....geli aku

yup bos..jiran niaga sebelah kedai. roti canai dia lemak dan lembut bagi saya..
tp berapa byk dia bubuh sy x pasti..mn ada org nk share secret resepi dia sgt kot..
mmg selalu nampak satu peket kecik horlicks bersama tepung dan marjerin dalam baldi leper tempat acuan roti canai dia.
