hahah... term & condition buat sendiri
aku ingat nak join satu real estate agency kat setapak.
tapi bila survey dengan customer yg nak jual. aku cakap service charge 2.75% depa cakap selalu amik 2% jek.. huhu.. tu yg jadi agen haram tu..

Pada pendapat aku, kalau nak jadi broker hartanah (x berlesen) boleh jer. cuma kene pastikan interest diri sendiri terjaga. Maksudnyer, mcm mana broker nak pastikan yang duit komisyen akan diperolehi. Kalau agen hartanah berlesen, diorg ni dilindungi oleh Akta khas. Broker kene pandai dan bijak merancang untuk melindungi diri sendiri..... Selamat berbisnes

hari ini aku exam dgn LPPEH dkt inspen bangi. 2 subjek law dgn tax. huuhuuu...
esok account n economics... fuuhh...

skg ni x sempat nak berporem, bz dgn launching umah baru n exam nih. minggu depan ade storey sikit ttg real estate... ok lah

biase lah bro, bukan senang nak jual rumah tu. sebab 2.75% tu bahagi 2 pulak dengan kompeni.

cth; Harga rumah 200,000

komisen: RM5500
Bagi kompeni 50% = RM2750

Kawan rekomen buyer 50%= RM1375. (kena bg jugak)

Nak dapat benda ni selalu dalam 3 bulan. jadi gaji kita RM1375 untuk 3 bulan, Bermakna RM458.333333 sen sebulan, x banyak pun.

kalau yg ade komitmen tinggi nak jump terus dalam real estate memang payah. benda ni jgn gopoh2..

ape pun kerja yg istiqomah insyallah boleh berjaya.
