harga rumah la nie ..kat Popit Hill dah melepasi tahap luar jangkaan ..namun masih lagi berada didalam bajet mereka2 yg inginkan ketenangan tuh ..

banyak sudah pembangunan kat sini ..dan hampir semua facility ada disini ..

kemajuan memang ada ..tp nakkan peace of mind tuh yg jarang org dapat skang nie ..

Mmg betul harga projek baru agak melampau. Taman adenium, adenium indah, semua main 300k above. Mawar jer projek baru 260k. Meletup juga nanti selepas semenyih dan sekitar dah penuh. Dlm plan pembangunan Selangor, projek2 baru akan tertumpu dari rawang ke tanjung malim. Harga Masih rendah banding dgn harga sekitar semenyih Just a matter of time.

betoi tu,kalu nak tenang kat sana mmg tpt dia la.sy mmg berkenan rumah kat jalan ros tu blakang kilang perodua pasal rumah 2 tkt luas 1400sq/ft..pastu skrg mmg tgh buat jln boleh tembus lalu depan kilang perodua tu.kire dekat sikit la kluar jln nk g sg choh tu.tp kbanyakan rumah2 yg kosong tu dah mcm hutan belantara la punya kondisi tp harga boleh mampu lg tu,cume nak repair tu mmg mkn modal la.skrg xde reski lg nak bli rumah kat sana hmmm
