6) Sign Loan Agreement @ Lawyer Firm (27/12/2017) - Sign Semua loan agreement kat pejabat lawyer. Collect SNP skali. total kena bayar Rm2255.55. Duit loan agreement je. SNP pemaju tanggung (free).

7) Tunggu Rumah siap dalam July 2020. Inshaa Allah


Maybe pemaju tuan lain cara. tp pengalaman sy

Bagi sy, option untuk kita sama ada nak pakai lawyer SNP(dev. lantik) atau lawyer bank atau lawyer yg kita cari sendiri. aslkan kerja tiptop & harga caj berbaloi.

mcm kes sy, sy pakai lawyer SNP sbb rata2 sy survey 2.8k+ lawyer bank pn 3k+. tp lawyer snp sy cuma rm2.2k je untuk uruskan loan agreement. lagi senang pakai lawyer sama actually.

kalau pakai 2 lawyer lain, nnti nak kena kejar 2 lawyer pula. tkut pending2.. pakai 1 lawyer senang untuk kita followup.

Cth kalau kalau 2 lawyer, kalau lawyer SNP masih pending (tak stamping lagi), nnti lawyer Loan agreement pending pula. so jadi lambat. sbb nak buat LA ni kena ada SNP. communication 2 lawyer pn satu isu. senang pakai 1 lawyer je.

skang ni.. saya dah tak.keje.... kalau korang nak tau.. melalui rumah selangorku ni, sy tak bayar 1 sen pon dari duit gaji or simpanan sy even sy dah jadi penternak lembu..... sebab bayaran bulanan rm180.00 semua kwsp yg tanggung...


yg syoknyer... rumah sy sewakan rm800 sebulan... tiap bulan sy dapat bersih rm800.00.... dan skang dah dekat 4 tahun..... sy makan duit sewa tu.. siap beli anak lembu pakai duit org bayar sewa....


belilah... pastu gunakan duit kwsp untuk bayar rumah tu... kalau taknak duduk.. sewakan.. rate kawasan sy bandar kinrara puchong, rm750 ke rm850 sebulan...


bayangkan.. setahun dekat 10k pulangan.. melalui sewa bulanan shaja... apply lah segera...
