Dah tau dah modus operandi diorang haha.

Ada sales manager dgn big developer yg kena tekan dek management sbb sales down sampai 60%. Bayangkan average sales year 2012-2014 500-600j setahun sebelum ni lpas GST (2015) je sales cuma 150-200j setahun. Down 60%. Kalau macam ni nya sales agak2 harga property tetap up up up jugak ke?
