"Pemilik kediaman juga dilihat lebih cenderung menjual unit mereka secepat mungkin ekoran kurangnya kuasa pemegangan," katanya.

Beliau mendedahkan hasil kaji selidik Indeks Harga Hartanah PropertyGuru itu pada Forum Tinjauan Pasaran Hartanah PropertyGuru 2017, di sini, hari ini.

ada betuinya.. cth pasaran subsale tahun ni.. seller xleh jual market price.. kena ikut buyer price.. ikut kajian tahun ni range bawah 450k masih ok lagi org nak beli..

Sama mcm aku beli umah tahun ni kat semenyih, ikut valuatian, tahun lepas saja rumah yg sama jual 480 ke 500k... tahun ni byk owner jual rumah harga 410 ke 450k.. siap ngaku untung sket je ..owner lama aku ni jenis flipper..beli umah baru jual.. nasib aku beli time murah range bawah 450K..

yang sakit ati Jilake, lewat sket pun caj denda..nak cover lost dia ahh tu jarang seller subsale caj denda..

patotnye developer2 yg nak buat rumah baru tu kena aware la xyahla buat rumah rege lebih 500k banyak2..buat yg mampu milik dah la,senang skit urusan jual beli & kemampuan org kita nak beli.ni buat rumah mahal2 pastu mengeloh kata pasaran jual rumah tepu.dah buat mahal betol knape
