TT boleh bagi pandangan tak? loan rumah dah lulus seminggu sebelum puasa. S&P pun dah sign sebelum puasa. booking fees dll pun dah bayar sebelum puasa. Tapi sampai skg bile tanya lawyer pemaju, mereka cakap tgh tunggu undertaking letter dari lawyer bank. Bila tanya lawyer bank, dorang cakap tgh tunggu instruction letter dari pihak bank. Bila tanya agent bank, memanjang cakap tgh push bank tapi sampai skg tak de apa2 pun. Agen rumah plak senyap je.

TT, nak tanya sikit......normal ke tunggu lama macam ni. dah nak sebulan dah ni. Akhir bulan Ogos ni due date bank kena release duit kepada pemaju. Kalau tak, kena denda.

Kalau kena denda, aku yang kena bayar ke atau bank yg kena bayar ye? Menyesal plak aku amik loan dengan bank ni. Slow nak mampus. Agen plak tau kita terdesak sgt nak rumah tu, dia pun buat ***** je la. Banyak bende kena uruskan sendiri.

Salam encik .. rumah yg encik beli tu rumah baru yg masih dlm pembinaan ke? Biasa nye klau rumah begini urusan loan semua adalah bawah tanggungjawab pemaju dan biasa nye tak berlaku masalah2 mcm yg encik sebut kan td.

Berkenaan dgn soal denda mendenda ni adalah urusan bank dan pemaju sekira nya pihak pemaju nak suruh encik bayar denda tu encik ada hak menolak sebab kelewatan tu bukan do pihak encik. Tp sy yakin pihak bank akan selesai kan pembayaran kepada pemaju sebelum dateline nanti. Encik keep on follow up dgn mereka.

Agent yg jual rumah baru ni kebanyakkan nye (bukan semua) lebih merupakan "salesman" saje. Mereka fokus pada jualan je.. lain2 hal mereka tak angkat port.. hehehe .. tak sama macam "perunding hartanah " yg akan bantu hingga akhir.

rumah mv 100k boleh reloan ke?..rumah dh habis byr..sesetgh bank xfavor bg loan below 100k

situasi 2
rumah xda strata..contoh loan asal cimb bank..sejak akta strata di lancarakn..cimb dh xbg loan kawasan tersebut..jadi utk refinance boleh atau tidak rumah tersebut direfinance oleh cimb

Rumah apartment yg saya nak beli tu dah lama siap. Dah ada unit yg orang duduk pun. Boleh katekn kt blok tu 80% dah masuk. So normal ke pihak bank nak keluarkn instruction letter kpd lawyer makan mase sebulan? Ni belum masuk proses lain lagi. Lawyer pemaju cakap kt saya, setiap proses makan mase 2 minggu nak siap. Instruction letter baru first step. Banyak lagi step.

Dalam klausa yg lawyer bg kt saya tu, dia tulis saya yg kena bayar penalti kalau lewat. Tolak cuti dll, tak sampai 2 bulan lagi nak due date.
