vote for long term pastu keluarkan duit epf akaun 2 utk bayar bulan2.. save dompet aku hehe.. LASB mmg option terbaik awesome tumb up kalau pandai manipulate..

Saya setuju tuan cakap berkaitan penurusan kewangan yg bijak..
tapi berapa ramai yang bijak menguruskan kewangan sekarang ni?
Bagi yang bergaji rendah dan sederhana,apabila terlalu banyak commitment,nanti DSR(debt service ratio) makin tinggi..jadi dapat ke mereka untuk beli rumah kedua nanti apabila DSR tinggi??
