Sebab PR1MA overprice dan makin banyak skim rumah mampu milik lain. Cth, projek Rumawip je dah lebih 10, dengan harga yang lebih kompetitif, rm198 untuk 800sqft. PR1MA, yang 680sqft pun dah 250K. Memang slow la sales

Teknik kenal pasti lokasi panas hartanah



KUALA LUMPUR: Mengenal pasti lokasi panas sebenarnya adalah satu teknik yang perlu diketahui setiap pembeli atau pelabur bidang hartanah.


Kebiasaannya, pembelian hartanah bagi kebanyakan orang menjadi pelaburan paling mahal dalam hidup, sekali gus membeli hartanah di lokasi tidak strategik akan menyukarkan kita terutama jika ingin menyewakan atau menjualnya nanti.

Datang dan dengar taklimat hartanah, iaitu sebahagian daripada pengisian Pameran Hartanah MyRumah 2017 anjuran The New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad (NSTP) di pusat beli-belah Aman Central, Alor Setar, Kedah pada 4 hingga 6 Ogos ini.

Pameran mulai jam 10 pagi hingga 10 malam itu menawarkan pelbagai projek perumahan dan komersial yang dibangunkan beberapa pemaju hartanah terkenal di kawasan utara.

Ia platform terbaik untuk orang ramai mendapatkan maklumat terkini tawaran serta panduan daripada pakar hartanah.

Antara topik akan dibincangkan ialah pasaran hartanah di Malaysia dan prospek hartanah sepanjang 2017 bersama strategi, tips serta panduan untuk pelaburan dan penyewaan hartanah.

Seramai 30 penceramah dan pakar hartanah akan menyampaikan taklimat dan menyertai forum pada pameran itu, antaranya Naib Presiden Kanan Kumpulan Aladdin, Datuk Seri Dr Vincent Tiew dan pengasas Hartanahguru.com, Abdul Aziz Ahmad.

Vincent yang juga bekas Pengarah Urusan Kumpulan Andaman Property Group of Companies akan menyentuh mengenai mengapa, bagaimana dan bila perlu melabur dalam pasaran hartanah.

Aziz pula akan fokus kepada mengenal pasti lokasi strategik atau 'hartanah panas' kerana membeli atau melabur hartanah di lokasi yang tepat akan memastikan nilainya tidak akan turun, sebaliknya meningkat dari semasa ke semasa.
