rezeki walaupun ada dimana2,tapi kene tau gak rezeki tu halal or haram...

...katakan lah lepas ni hyip tu fatwa kata haram (bagi aku haram lama dah... jelas dan nyata pun).. agaknya ruangan hyip ni admin carigold perlu tutup ka... sebab memberi ruang benda yang haram ni terdedah pada semua org dan bimbang gak terpalit dosa kerna bagi ruang benda haram ni...

Kenapa ASB Yang Terang Lagi Bersuluh HARAM tidak dihebahkan oleh majlis fatwa kebangsaan atau negeri????

Berapa ramai rakyat melayu @ orang islam khususnya yang mempunyai pelaburan dalam ASB tahu pesal benda ni ????

Ada Brani ka diorang umum secara terbuka ???

Berikut adalah petikan berita dari News Straits Times tarikh 11 Mac 2007

On the decision to declare online investment schemes with fixed profits as haram, Asri said the council deliberated over it after hearing a paper presented by local Syariah expert Zaharuddin Abdul Rahman.

He said schemes such as ABB Fund, Eaindex and Arabic Fund were against the Islamic concept of investment or Mudharabah, as it offered high returns in fixed amount within a certain period.

By offering fixed profit without any proper Islamic structures, he said, the scheme was no longer focused on investing but more on moneylending with riba, or interest.

"When the returns are fixed in advance without any underlying Islamic structures such, the investment contract is no longer valid and the profit is considered haram."

He said there were others who tried to promote the schemes among Muslims here by saying that it was halal.

"They used the name of my office and said that my staff are also taking part. I have never given my okay and if my staff are involved, then they are doing it on their own."

Asri advised those who have already deposited their money to wait until they can get back the total amount before pulling out while those who had already taken the profit, should donate it to charity.

"There are many Islamic investment schemes which are more secure and allowed in Islam," he said, adding that the World Federation of Fiqh Muslim Scholars had issued a similar edict on such schemes in 1992.

Bagi ko haram lama dah ? reason apa ?
Banyak "ustaz" dan sebagainya selalu bagi jatuh hukum haram ikut suka hati. Take note laa. Kalau rasa "tak yakin" jangan invest dan jangan kata "haram" Layakkah semua umat Islam bikin FATWA sendiri HALAL HARAM ? Why not semua tanya MUFTI di Negeri masing2 untuk kepastian.

Pasal FOREX pulak, diorang patut buat lebih banyak kajian lagi bukan berdasarkan satu platform sahaja. Dont Judge A Book By Its Cover.

HALAL dan HARAM dalam MALAYSIA ini hanya boleh diputuskan selepas MAJLIS FATWA KEBANGSAAN bersidang @ mesyuarat (semua mufti negeri)
