nak tanya...lipo 6 tue boleh amek dgn whey protein tak?
or mkn lipo 6 dulu...biler berat dan lemak dah kurang dlm 2 bulan baru makan whey.....:-?

Absolutely, you can take both it's not a problem as they have no connection one is a protein source the other is stimulant-based awesome fat burner....

But just don't take them at the same time as you need to consume lipo 6 black on a empty stomach and also should not consume any sort of shake or food for at least 30 min after its consumption...

huhu.. bench press aq pon dah naik.. dari 10 kg sampai 25 kg dah xrasa apa2.. mungkin its time to join da gym.. for better and proper equipment... dah xleh workout kt umh dah xckup plate.. huhu

salam bro.. nak tanya.. aku baru nk enter dunia kesihatan.. BMI aku mmg dalam kategori obes... so skang ni aku dah start jog and buat bodyweight workout like lunges, squat, crunch and classic pushup selepas jog dalam 15 minit.

so .soalan aku.. aku masih bru turun 1-2 kilo walaupun dah sbulan..tak penah amik protein/whey and lipo.

so aku interested nak bli produk..apa yg agak2 aku patut beli dlu.. lipo6?

kalo lipo6x boleh jugak ke since aku mmg dah routin 3 times a week cardio and bodyweight workout.?
