Dear Shareholders

Effective Monday, 19 September 2011, both Buy and Sell Gold Trade commission will be reduce by 50% from USD2.00 to USD1.00 until 31 December 2011. The rollover rate will also be reduced from USD1.00 per troy ounce to USD0.50 per troy ounce per day. To simplify calculations, all transactions executed of 19 September 2011 will be charged with this discounted rate. There will be no rebates for any trade concluded or commissions deducted before 19 September 2011.

Over the past two weeks we have received many appeals from small shareholders stating that the USD2.00 per trade and USD1.00 rollover rate are very taxing on them. Therefore the management board has decided to cut these rates in half until the end of this year.

I would also like to take this opportunity to urge our smaller shareholders to subscribe more CPS while the price is still very low. The CPS price will continue to increase every month. I personally do not like to see our smaller shareholders left out as we move forward. There is nothing wrong with having just a bit of money. But in doing business, if your capital is too low, you are at a disadvantage. People with quantity and volume will have a greater advantage. The earlier one takes position, the greater advantage he or she enjoys.

Shareholders should also realize that their voice counts. Your feedback and requests will always be considered if we can afford it from a financial perspective. VGMC is a business corporation that cares about its shareholders. As I have always said, you make VGMC where it is today.

Komisi Perdagangan Emas - 19 September 2011

Para Pemegang Saham yth.

Efektif mulai hari Senin, 19 September 2011, Komisi Perdagangan Emas Beli dan Jual akan berkurang sebesar 50% dari USD 2,00 hingga USD 1,00 sampai tanggal 31 Desember 2011.
Tingkat rollover juga akan berkurang dari USD 1,00 per troy ons hingga USD 0,50 per troy ons per hari. Untuk mempermudah kalkulasi, semua transaksi yang dilaksanakan mulai tanggal
19 September 2011 akan dikenakan tingkat diskon ini. Tidak akan ada potongan harga untuk perdagangan yang sudah ditetapkan atau komisi yang dikurangi sebelum tanggal 19 September 2011.

Selama dua minggu belakangan, kami menerima banyak permintaan dari pemegang saham kecil yang menyatakan bahwa USD 2,00 per perdagangan dan tingkat rollover sebesar USD 1,00
sangat berat bagi mereka. Maka dari itu, dewan manajemen telah memutuskan untuk memotong setengah dari tariff-tarif ini sampai akhir tahun ini.

Saya juga ingin mengambil kesempatan ini untuk meminta pemegang saham kecil kita untuk membeli lebih banyak CPS sementara harganya masih sangat rendah. Harga CPS akan terus
meningkat setiap bulan. Secara pribadi saya tidak ingin melihat pemegang saham kecil kita tertinggal sementara kita bergerak maju. Tidak ada salahnya mempunyai hanya sedikit uang. Tetapi dalam
melakukan usaha, apabila modal anda terlalu sedikit, anda dalam posisi lemah. Orang yang mempunyai jumlah dan volume akan mendapat keuntungan yang lebih besar. Semakin cepat seseorang
mengambil posisi, semakin besar keuntungan yang ia nikmati.

Para pemegang saham juga harus menyadari bahwa suara mereka diperhitungkan. Tanggapan dan permintaan anda akan selalu diperhatikan apabila kami bisa melakukannya dari perspektif keuangan.

A detailed description of referral bonus plan
Any shareholder who currently subscribed to a minimum of 1,000 Virgin Gold Convertible Preferred Stocks (VGCPS) is eligible to refer new shareholders.

Referrers will be rewarded 10% credits based on the total subscription price their referrals subscribes to.
Example:
John is a VGCPS-holder.
He refers Adam to become a new shareholder.
Adam subscribes 10,000 shares at USD 1.10/CPS. John will be awarded 10% x 10,000 x USD 1.10= 1,100 credits.
A few days or months later, when Adam subscribes to another 50,000 shares at USD 1.10/CPS, John will again be awarded 10% x 50,000 x USD 1.10= 5,500 credits.

Group Bonus is calculated based on accumulated current month Convertible Preferred Stocks(CPS) of both groups. The accumulated volume is paired and paid at every 10,000 shares interval.
