Dear Shareholders,

Virgin Gold Mining Corporation has been doing extremely well financially from January to May 2011 largely due to the bullish gold price. This translates to a budget surplus for the first half of 2011. Hence, after an extraordinary meeting today, the board of directors has granted a special incentive to be given to shareholders who are actively promoting VGMC to the global market.

Effective 3rd June 2011, Direct Referral Incentive will be increased from the normal10% to 15%.This special Incentive will end on 30th June 2011.
