Virgin Ambassadors (VA) - Change of Requirements

Dear Shareholders,

Earlier this year, Virgin Gold announced the set-up of Virgin Ambassadors (V.A.) to reward shareholders who excel in promoting the image and vision of the corporation.

Since the establishment, two V.A. gatherings have been held. The 1st in London, in April 2012 and the 2nd in Phuket, earlier this month.

The management has decided to increase our V.A.'s target for future gatherings as follows:

For the 3rd V.A. gathering, to be held in November 2012, invitations will be issued to those who earned a group bonus of USD50, 000 in the past 3 months.

For the 4th V.A. gathering, to be held in January 2013, invitations will be issued to those who earned a group bonus of USD70, 000 in the past 3 months.

For the 5th V.A. gathering, to be held in April/May 2013, invitations will be issued to those who earned a group bonus of USD100, 000 in the past 3 months.

These changes reflect the management's intention to ensure that V.A. Gatherings remain an exclusive reward for our elite shareholders.
