A detailed description of referral bonus plan
Any shareholder who currently subscribed to a minimum of 1,000 Virgin Gold Convertible Preferred Stocks (VGCPS) is eligible to refer new shareholders.
Referrers will be rewarded 10% credits based on the total subscription price their referrals subscribes to.
Example:
John is a VGCPS-holder.
He refers Adam to become a new shareholder.
Adam subscribes 10,000 shares at USD 1.10/CPS. John will be awarded 10% x 10,000 x USD 1.10= 1,100 credits.
A few days or months later, when Adam subscribes to another 50,000 shares at USD 1.10/CPS, John will again be awarded 10% x 50,000 x USD 1.10= 5,500 credits.
